How to view and manage the members in your organisation

The Members page gives you an overview of everyone in your organisation, along with their status and the cards assigned to them.

Members overview

From the sidebar, select Members to see a list of everyone in your organisation. For each member, you'll see:

  • Name – the member's full name.

  • Status – whether the member is currently active.

  • Cards – the cards currently assigned to that member. If a member has more cards than fit in the row, you'll see a "+" count for the remaining ones.

Use the search bar to quickly find a specific member by name, or click Filter to narrow the list down further.

Viewing a member's details

Click on any member in the list to open their detail panel, which includes:

  • Contact details – the member's email address and phone number.

  • Cards – all cards issued to that member, with their type and last four digits.

  • Last transactions – the member's most recent transactions, with a See all link to view their full transaction history.

This is the quickest way to check what a specific member has been spending, and on which card.
