Transactions

An overview of the Transactions section, its different views, and how to filter transactions

The Transactions section is where you review, categorise, and export all card spend across your organisation.

Transaction views

From the sidebar, expand Transactions to switch between four views:

  • My transactions – transactions made on your own cards.

  • All transactions – every transaction across the organisation (includes a Member column so you can see who made each purchase).

  • Needs review – transactions that still need to be checked off.

  • Flagged – transactions that have been flagged for attention.

Each view shows the merchant, category, date, card used, amount, review status, and export status for every transaction, and lets you Download the list as a file.

Filtering transactions

Click Filter above the transaction list to open the filter panel. You can narrow the list down by:

  • Status – Pending, Booked, Reversed, or Declined.

  • Type – Purchase, Refund, Chargeback, Recharge, or Card check.

  • Dates – a specific date range.

  • Account – a specific card account.

Once you've set your criteria, click Apply to update the list, or Reset all to clear your filters and start over.

Missing Receipt indicator

If any transactions are missing a receipt, you'll see a Missing Receipt counter next to the search bar. Use this as a quick check to make sure every transaction has the documentation it needs before export.
