My Transactions vs All Transactions

Understanding the difference between the My transactions and All transactions views

Within the Transactions section, you'll find both a My transactions and an All transactions view. They look similar, but show different scopes of data depending on what you need to check.

My transactions

My transactions shows only the transactions made on cards assigned to you. This is the view you'll use most often day-to-day, for example to:

  • Check your own recent spend.

  • Upload a missing receipt.

  • Add accounting details to one of your own transactions.

All transactions

All transactions shows every transaction across the whole organisation, regardless of who made it. The key difference is an extra Member column, showing which cardholder is behind each transaction.

This view is intended for mandated officials who need organisation-wide oversight, for example reviewing spend across teams, reconciling accounts, or preparing an export that covers everyone rather than just their own cards.

Which one should I use?

  • Use My transactions if you only need to manage your own spend.

  • Use All transactions if you need visibility across multiple members or the whole organisation.

Both views support the same search, filter, and export options described in our Transactions article — the only difference is the scope of transactions shown.
